GOODS: agricultural grade Urea N46 fertilizer.

ORIGIN: Russia

QUANTITY: up to maximum 50,000 metric tons per month

CONTRACT: Spot or one year for monthly deliveries

PACKAGING: in 25kg or 50 kg bags - or as per Buyer’s requirement. Buyer’s private label printing on the bags are possible for an extra charge depending on the complexity of the logo label graphics design.

QUALITY and QANTITY CERTIFICATE: by SGS or similar authority

- At loading port: by Seller’s expense

- At destination port: by Buyer’s expense

LOADING PORT(any of the following):

  

- Vladivostok (Far East in Asia)

- Novorossiysk (Black Sea in Europe)

PRICE:

- PRILLED: US$ 245 per ton CIF Buyer’s destination seaport

- GRANULAR: US$ 255 per ton CIF Buyer’s destination seaport

PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller will issue to Buyer’s Bank a 2% PB deposit.

PAYMENT:

by irrevocable L/C at sight against shipping documents at loading port– including SGS or similar authority certificates at loading port at Seller’s expense.

1/ ABSOLUTELY NO PRE-PAYMENT (OR DOWN-PAYMENT OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON) REQUIRED FROM THE BUYER AT ALL!!!!

2/ THE ABOVE PRICES DO NOT CONTAIN ANY COMMISSION FOR YOU. YOU HAVE TO INCREASE THE PRICE TOWARD THE BUYER TO COVER YOUR COMMISSION.
